Our passenger numbers have more than doubled over the last 20 years and they’re continuing to grow. Our services are frequent, safe and accessible and our fleet is modern and environmentally friendly.
Some 90% of passengers are very or fairly satisfied with their travel, and frequency is an important part of this. Most of our customers live close to a service that runs at least every 10 minutes. We are able to provide this level of service because we cross-subsidise less-viable journeys and services from our stronger-performing routes.
