Passenger survey results hit record high at Metrobus

Customer satisfaction hit a record high at Metrobus in the most recent independent Passenger Focus Survey.

The 2018 survey results, released in April this year, show an increase in overall customer satisfaction at Metrobus, hitting the highest level ever at 92%, and remaining buoyant at 91% for Brighton & Hove.  

Metrobus passengers were pleased with the punctuality of their services, with 92% of people saying their buses were on time, and 81% rating staff friendliness highly, both up on last years’ figures. Meanwhile, Brighton & Hove passengers were more satisfied with service punctuality than the year before, rising to 84%, while satisfaction with on-bus experience stayed at 83%.
