We recognise that our success is bound up with the city’s economy. As one of Brighton and Hove’s largest employers, we strive to treat our staff decently and fairly, we’re signed up to the Living Wage, we hold the Fair Tax Mark, and we’re strong supporters of the local economy.
We contribute to the city’s economy as a service provider, employer and purchaser. We have more than 1,200 staff and invest heavily in their training and professional development. We use local suppliers of goods and services whenever we can. And we’re involved in groups and initiatives that support the city’s economy – including Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership.
